RBIS (Ryan Roberts Behavioural & Intelligence Services) (“RBIS”, “we”). This brochure site is hosted on static CDN infrastructure. Operational apps (e.g., Veridex, PACT, OmniAssist) run on separate secure stacks.

• Operational logs (timestamps, basic page metrics). We keep this minimal.
• Demo inputs you submit (you are responsible for redacting sensitive data).
• Cookies per Cookies & Consent.

Why we use data (lawful bases)

• Respond to enquiries and provide services (contract / legitimate interests).
• Improve, secure, and audit the site (legitimate interests).
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, lawful requests).
• Marketing with consent where required (withdraw any time).

Sharing & transfers

• Form handling: Formspree (processor) for messages sent via our forms.
• Hosting/CDN and basic analytics (consent-mode). We do not sell personal data.
• Where data moves outside the UK/EEA, we aim to rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• Enquiries: typically 12–24 months.
• Operational logs: short rolling windows.
• Contracts/invoices: 6+ years (legal/accounting).
