Accessibility Statement (WCAG 2.2 AA)
RBIS is committed to accessibility for everyone. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across our site and exports.
Measures we take
- Color contrast ≥ 4.5:1; focus styles and visible outlines
- Keyboard-only navigation and logical heading order
- Reduced-motion media query respected; no autoplaying media
- Labels for interactive controls; ARIA only when semantic roles aren’t enough
- Captions/transcripts for media; BSL options in OmniAssist
Scope
This statement covers the brochure site (rbisintelligence.com) and typical PDF/CSV exports we generate as evidence packs. Operational apps have their own accessibility roadmaps and audits.
Known limitations & fixes
- Historic blog posts or third-party embeds may have minor issues; we will remediate on request.
- Legacy PDFs are being replaced with accessible templates.
Feedback & contact
If you encounter barriers, email accessibility@rbisintelligence.com with the page URL and a short description. We will respond promptly and propose a fix or workaround.
Enforcement
If you are dissatisfied with our response, UK users can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
